This page explains what information NaarCode may receive, why it is used, and the control you have over information you submit.

01Information we receive
When you use the contact form or start a project, we receive the information you choose to provide — such as your name, contact details, company when supplied, project type and request description — so we can review and respond to your request. We do not aim to collect more information than is needed for that interaction.
02How we use information
Submitted information is used to answer your message, assess the request, plan a possible collaboration and follow up on that interaction. Personal form data should not be exposed through public analytics, public caches or error responses visible to others.
03Forms and email notifications
Contact and project submissions are stored by the system before an internal email notification may be attempted. A temporary email delivery issue should therefore not cause a stored request to be lost. The email provider may vary with the site's final infrastructure.
04Usage analytics and technical data
NaarCode may record non-personal events such as page views, service views or successful form submissions to understand site performance. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, full inquiry text and private identifiers should not be sent to analytics. Invasive tracking is not intended to be enabled by default.
05Cookies and infrastructure services
Essential cookies may be used for security, administrative sessions and core site functionality. If a future analytics or infrastructure service requires consent under the applicable deployment context or law, an appropriate consent mechanism should be enabled. Infrastructure providers should only receive the data required to provide their service.
06Retention, correction and deletion
Information is kept for as long as needed to handle a request, continue the conversation, maintain security or meet necessary business requirements; we do not currently publish one fixed retention period for every data type. You may ask about information you submitted through NaarCode, or request correction or deletion, except where limited retention is necessary for legal or security reasons.
